This is my favorite picture. Katie seems to always be able to get some amazing shots of Loryn. Me on the other hand get blurred pictures of her moving all over the place. It may be the fact that I like to get her all wound up and crazy when I am around. But that is fine with me, she can take all the good pictures and I will have all the wild times with our crazy little girl. That being said I don't know why this is my favorite picture but it is. She just looks so sweet.

Here are some pictures of our little girl who thinks that she is so big. She wants to eat everything that we eat and go everywhere that we go. We think if she could talk she would ask for her own cell phone and computer. I am glad that she can't talk because it would be hard to say no to this face.

Easter

Just wanted to add a couple photos from our Easter Sunday. Loryn looks so cute in her Easter dress. Then we added some photos of her enjoying our family Easter gift, a trailer for our bikes so she can join us on the bike trails. She absolutely loves her rides in the trailer. She squeals almost the whole time. Happy Easter everyone!
I just couldn't help but share these pictures that Katie took the other day while I was at work. I think sometimes getting a picture that really shares the truth isn't always easy. But these pictures show my little girl how I see her everyday. It is hard to be in a bad mood when you have this happy little face staring back at you.

There is one t
hing that isn't conveyed in this photo and that is here constantly kicking feet. I don't think that she can smile without her legs going at 20 miles per hour.
Our little girl has started rice cereal and she LOVES it. We have been feeding her while she sits in her Bumbo. The only problem with that is now whenever we put her in her Bumbo she thinks that we are going to feed her. Here she is enjoying her meal. For more recent pictures of Loryn click here.

In honor of St. Valentine, we have drafted a list stating the top 14 things we love about our little girl (7 things by Katie & 7 by Jordan). Sometimes I think we should rename our blog "A Shrine to Loryn" or something like that. I guess I am learning that it is true, your kids become the center of your life. Our little Loryn has anyhow. So with that being said here is the list...

  1. Her hair that stands on end no matter what (Katie)
  2. Her petite girly features (Katie)
  3. The way she smiles when we see her for the first time in the mornings (Katie)
  4. Her happy, high pitch opera scream (Katie)
  5. The way she jumps when you scare her, but smiles afterward (Katie)
  6. Her BIG beautiful eyes (Katie)
  7. Very little spit-up (Katie)
  8. Her sweet laugh (Jordan)
  9. How playful she is. She LOVES to play (Jordan)
  10. Her angry yell through her binkie when she is tired (Jordan)
  11. Between 7:00 - 8:00 PM for the opportunity to listen to her jibber-jabber and play in the bath (Jordan)
  12. Her curiousity, you can always tell she is thinking about something going on around her (Jordan)
  13. Her love for EVERYBODY, she doesn't seem to care if she is being held by a complete stranger (Jordan)
  14. The rare but wonderful opportunity to cuddle with her (Jordan)
